Vi è mai successo di entrare in un ristorante e sentirvi come trasportati in un altro luogo, in un altro Paese, in un’altra cultura? L’impatto con la location del Blue Elephant (nell’Hilton Hotel di Portomaso) per noi è stato proprio così: in un attimo eccoci in Thailandia. Un’oasi orientale perfetta con tanto di ruscelli, ponti, fiori tropicali e piccole cascate… tutto molto romantico e affascinante. Le foto dei piatti, poi, parlano da sole: visivamente splendidi, creativi e colorati, ma altrettanto importante è la freschezza e la qualità degli stessi ingredienti. Una vera e propria esplosione di sapori e gusti decisi che ci hanno fatto vivere una perfetta esperienza culinaria Thai… a Malta.

Has it ever happened to walk into a restaurant and being transferred to another place, another country, another culture? The effect of the location of Blue Elephant (of Hilton Hotel Portomaso) for us it was like that: in a second we are in Thailand. Perfect eastern oasis completed with streams, bridges, tropical flowers and small waterfalls … all very romantic and charming. The photos of the dishes speak for themselves: visually beautiful, creative and colorful, but equally important is the freshness and quality of the ingredients. A proper explosion of flavors and strong tastes that made us live a perfect Thai dining experience … in Malta.
